This is a remote, execution-focused role for someone who likes clear expectations, structured systems, and being measured on results.

🧩 What You’ll Do

  • Send outbound messages via LinkedIn and email to targeted prospects
  • Follow up consistently with non-responders
  • Respond quickly to replies during working hours
  • Engage interested prospects and book sales calls
  • Ask qualifying questions before booking
  • Reduce no-shows through proper confirmation and follow-up
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Communicate booked appointments clearly to the sales team
  • Follow messaging frameworks and outreach systems exactly

⚙️ What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
  • Clear, concise written communication
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Able to follow systems and scripts closely
  • Comfortable using CRMs and outreach tools
  • Able to work primarily US time zones (EU overlap is a plus)

Nice to Have

  • Appointment setting or outbound sales experience
  • Experience booking calls for agencies or B2B services
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, cold email, or CRM tools
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or web services
