Max Capacity is a fast-growing web design studio helping small businesses turn outdated, underperforming websites into clean, modern, conversion-optimized digital experiences. We care about good work, clean systems, and finding better ways to build — fast.

🧩 What You’ll Do

  • Prospect & Book: Work the leads we provide through LinkedIn sequences, paid ads, and cold email campaigns to book qualified intro calls.
  • Qualify & Discover: Run crisp discovery to understand goals, timelines, budgets, and decision-making processes.
  • Pitch the Offer: Present our service packages and case studies clearly; tailor value props to the prospect.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Keep opportunities moving with timely follow-ups, objection handling, and next steps.
  • Close or Handoff: Close smaller deals directly; loop in founders for higher-ticket or complex scopes.
  • CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate notes, stages, and forecasts. No black-box pipelines.
  • Feedback Loop: Share market insights to help refine messaging, offers, and pricing.

⚙️ What You Bring

  • 2–4+ years in B2B sales (agency, SaaS, marketing services, or similar).
  • Proven experience booking meetings and closing new business.
  • Clear communication: concise email writing, confident Zoom presence, tight follow-ups.
  • Process discipline: you love sequences, templates, and a tidy CRM.
  • Resilience: you don’t take no personally; you iterate and move fast.
  • Nice-to-haves: familiarity with web design/branding, basic marketing terminology, and light technical chops.
