Max Capacity is a fast-growing web design studio helping small businesses turn outdated, underperforming websites into clean, modern, conversion-optimized digital experiences.
We’re looking for a Webflow Designer who blends creative intuition with performance thinking — someone who cares just as much about how something works as how it looks. You'll collaborate closely with our founders, strategist, and copywriter to bring brands to life through Webflow builds that feel beautiful, smart, and high-converting.
This is a role for someone who can think in Figma and Webflow, move quickly without breaking things, and genuinely cares about elevating design work that makes clients look and perform like the best in their industry.
🧩 What You’ll Do
- Design in Figma: Turn strategy and copy into clean, clear, on-brand mockups.
- Build in Webflow: Bring those designs to life using best practices in Webflow, with an eye on responsiveness and performance.
- Implement CMS Logic: Use CMS collections and dynamic content structures that make sites scalable and easy to update.
- Handle QA & Polish: Catch bugs, tighten interactions, and ensure design systems are consistent throughout.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work alongside copywriters, PMs, and developers to bring each site to life.
- Contribute Ideas: We want your input — on design, layout, UX, and ways we can do things better.
⚙️ What You Bring
- Strong Figma Skills: You’re fast, organized, and confident in setting up modern, responsive design systems.
- Webflow Expertise: You can build clean, maintainable, responsive Webflow sites without shortcuts or hacks.
- CMS Know-How: You understand how to structure and implement Webflow CMS collections efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: You sweat the spacing, the typography, the mobile breakpoints — all of it.
- Basic HTML/CSS (Bonus): You can tweak code, troubleshoot bugs, or enhance interactions when needed.
- AI Curious (Bonus): You’re experimenting with tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Framer AI to improve your process.
🌍 What It’s Like to Work Here
We move fast. We care about good work, clean systems, and constantly finding better ways to build. If something can be automated, we figure out how. If a client gives vague feedback, we ask the right questions. We take pride in doing it right, and we don’t settle for average.
We're a startup, so you’ll have real ownership — and your decisions will directly shape how we grow.
✅ What You’ll Get
- Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere on your own schedule — just deliver the goods.
- Creative Autonomy: You’ll have room to experiment, explore, and design things you're proud of.
- Access to Founders: Work directly with decision-makers who value your input.
- Growth Opportunity: Help shape our visual identity and scale our design systems.
- No-Fluff Culture: Intentional, curious, weird in the best way. Breathwork, memes, and systems thinking all welcome here.
